IN BETWEEN ON ZAZCorner Billboard | DIGITAL EXHIBITION
In Between is a video art program presented on the ZAZCorner Billboard in Times Square. Every 2-3 minutes, 15-second video artworks are displayed between commercials on the large LED screen in Times Square New York.
Launched in September 2020, In Between features monthly showcases curated by institutions like Yale School of Art, Columbia University, Bezalel Academy, and Lightbox, as well as in-house curators Tzili Charney and Limei Wang. The program brings together artists from around the world, offering a unique cultural experience in one of the world’s busiest urban environments.
By offering a continuous visual display, In Between makes contemporary video art accessible to millions of viewers in Times Square.

This series of videos presents an intimate study of gesture through the filmed movements of Pina Bausch’s hands. Neither dance nor speech, the work unfolds as a quiet choreography of shifting emotions. Without a defined beginning or end, the piece invites viewers into a continuous present where expression unfolds through rhythm and subtle transformation.
